Terms of use.

What StonksApp does.

StonksApp turns a typed request, such as “swap 5 USDC to SOL” or “buy $10 of NVDAX”, into a Solana transaction for you to review. It shows balances, activity, saved wallet contacts and listings for tokenized stocks and StonkFun reward coins.

StonksApp is software. It does not hold your funds, execute trades on your behalf, act as a broker or exchange, or give investment, tax or legal advice. Prices, quotes and listings are for information and can change before a transaction settles.

Your wallet, your keys.

Every transaction is signed in your own wallet. StonksApp never sees or stores your private key or recovery phrase and cannot move funds without your signature. Once a signed transaction is confirmed on Solana, it cannot be reversed by StonksApp or anyone else.

You are responsible for your wallet, for checking each review before you sign, and for confirming recipient addresses. A saved contact name does not verify who controls an address.

Tokenized stocks and reward coins.

NVDAX, SPYX and TSLAX are xStocks tokens issued by a third party under its own terms. They track the price of an underlying stock or fund. They are not shares in the company and carry no voting or shareholder rights through StonksApp. Their availability, price and transferability depend on the issuer and on market liquidity.

StonkFun reward coins are created and listed by others. Any payout follows the coin’s own mechanics. StonksApp shows public payout records and does not control, guarantee or pay rewards.

Who can use StonksApp.

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding agreement. You may not use StonksApp if you are located in, or a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea and the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, or if you appear on a sanctions list.

Tokenized stocks are not offered in every country. You are responsible for making sure that holding and trading them is lawful where you live.

Fees and limits.

StonksApp does not add a fee to swaps or sends. Solana network fees, token account rent and any fees charged by liquidity providers or token issuers apply and are shown in the review where known.

Each transaction is limited to $25 and outgoing value to $100 in any rolling 24 hours. We may change limits, pause transactions or restrict an account to protect users or the service.

Other services.

StonksApp relies on independent services, including Solana, wallet providers, Jupiter for swap routes, StonkFun for coin listings and xStocks for tokenized stocks. Their terms apply to your use of them. StonksApp is not affiliated with or endorsed by StonkFun, xStocks or Solana Mobile.

Liability.

StonksApp is provided as is and as available. Blockchain transactions, smart contracts and digital assets carry risk, including loss of value, failed transactions and network outages. To the extent the law allows, StonksApp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or losses caused by your wallet, third-party services or market movements.

Changes to these terms.

We may update these terms as the app changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use StonksApp after an update means you accept the new terms. How we handle data is described in Data & privacy.
